Toni Maier-On Location, Inc.,
(TMOL) represents a variety of locations that are available for film,
television and commercial shoots, as well as still photography and events.
TMOL works with all the major studios such as Universal, Paramount and
Twentieth Century Fox, and commercial production houses such as HKM, HSI,
Coppos Films, RSA and Cucoloris Films. Our locations for still photo print
shoots are provided for clients such as Elle, Vogue, GQ, Gucci and Ralph
Lauren. We have been in business for over 15 years and have an excellent
reputation throughout the industry.
Toni began her career in 1984 as a location manager, and held this position for eight years
managing over 15 films and television shows. With TMOL you get production experience that
many of the new services cannot offer. We began our service with a unique collection of
architectural properties that Toni was the first to offer for filming and print photography.
TMOL has continued to offer the newest, architecturally unique properties
with the best service to location scouts and managers with integrity, honesty and a helpful attitude.
Our library currently is comprised of over 3,500 locations. We are always
expanding our files and are interested in all eras of architectural style;
representing such classics as Frank Lloyd Wright, Lloyd Wright, Richard
Neutra, Wallace Neff , John Lautner, Ray Kappe and R.M. Schindler as well as
the contemporary architecture of Frank Gehry, Ricardo Legorreta, Steven
Ehrlich, Antoine Predock, Harry Gesner, David Grey and Ed Niles. We are
Professional Affiliate members of the American Institute of Architects
(Membership #228807715) and belong to the Los Angeles Conservancy (#3102).
TMOL has a broker's license, as is required by the Department of Real
Estate. We have several references that may be
contacted in order to assure homeowners and producers alike of the integrity
our our company and the care we take of all our listings. Properties are
protected by heavy duty materials placed by a professional film preparation
company. Our reputation for leaving locations in perfect condition is well
known. All projects proceed under an extensive contract. Properties are
protected by the production company's insurance policy ($1,000,000 per
occurrence on liability and property damage, can be increased) as well as a
security deposit, and all fees are paid in advance. We also provide site
representatives, well trained and experienced as location managers, that
supervise each project from start to finish.
